Emergency Management Planning
FLS Associates will help determine how an organization will react to various emergency scenarios, ranging from a natural disaster industrial incident, data loss, to fire. The plan focuses on each event, providing a step-by- step action sequence of multiple departments or units (such as facilities management, operations, security, human resources and public relations) to ensure a rapid, effective and coordinated emergency response.
Training
FLS Associates will familiarize emergency management personnel with the emergency management plan.
FLS Associates can also assist in the creation and delivery of training programs and drills designed to test the effectiveness of the emergency management plan, procedures and systems.
Assessment and Threat Analysis – Conducting assessments of a single facility or organization to identify strengths, weaknesses, vulnerabilities and deficiencies in regards to threats. The resulting report provides the framework of information upon which an intelligent and cost-effective emergency management program can be based.
